Is this glue ok for gluing floors?

I have used this glue lots lately and find it brilliant but I need to lay a engineered oak floor now and have always been advised to use and so used PVA glue before on floors,

Would these be OK for gluing floors?

No as it foams it will try to open up the joint and it's not strong enough really, you want a full bond between the timber.
