another bad job complete rubbish it needs a reskim don't bother painting it

Very bad plastering. It looks to me as if he's put it on, maybe went over it a couple of times (debatable), then went home before it had properly gone off, hence the blisters/pimples,/marks. Too much of a rush to finiish the job i'd say. Get him back to do it properly.
On second thought, get someone else in, and blacken the other one's name as a "rubbish plasterer".
