is this ok for levelling floor

hi guys..had chimmney breast removed from downstairs...the room has floorboards..but where the chimnney breast and firplace was ive removed all the bricks..now i have a small section that i want to level with the floorboards...can i use this stuff as its ready mixed..or should i mix my own sand and cement..
