Is this textured paint or pebble dash?

Hi looking to paint our house, no other house has this textured finish on our road so wondering if this looks like textured paint or actual textured render then painted

It’s not textured paint.

It looks like that spray on cheap finish the cowboys put on to " seal " your home which ends up sealing in the moisture and flaking off

Or it's like tyrolene ?

I would jet wash that down with the washer on a light setting

Let it dry over a few days then first coat of a ordinary masonry coat slightly tinned , say a pint of water per 5 litre tin

Then a coat , or two , of straight masonry on top

Should come up OK

If there are any rust marks on it seal them first
