I have attached plans, elevations and photo to better show this. With the lock down still in place i want to make good use of the time and get cracking with this element of the larger project. Is the correct the right way of going about it?
- Remove roof tiles from sloped section of roof above existing porch
- Remove blockwork above oak beam
- Remove UPVC windows and doors from oak structure (assume these have no structural value)
- Fix 4x2 timbers to each rafter down to the floor to support roof
- Remove oak columns and beams leaving the roof supported by the 4x2's
- Remove pebbledash
- Dig footings
- Pour footings
- Lay blocks

- Install roof to garage and tie into existing sloping roof
- Tile roof
- Install imitation beams and columns
- Render
