An Israeli sniper shot a footballer in his knee who was filming himself doing tricks on his phone. What I don't understand is, if the Palestinian was a threat then shoot him in the chest and disable him but to shoot him in his knee means he knew he wasn't a threat and it was just spiteful and hatred.
