(eaga) engineers earn £24.300 for 4 completed calls a day plus £20.00 for every job after 4 a day. plus overtime

(british gas) engineers earn £30,000 basic with a four day week 5 months of the year plus radicals. overtime etc

(baxi) 30k basic plus overtime.

(eon) £34k basic


anyone who is timeserved an able to get a job mise well now.

I konw loads of self emplyed lads working oly 1or2 days a week seem it is cut throte out there now :confused:

wouldn't get too excited by that, it's all going to change this winter, and not for the good.

BG engineers......vote no on principal, you know it makes sense.

The changes are going through whether direct labour want it or not. BG have us over a barrel.

in a nutshell, 45 hr winter week, de-regulated weekend and evening work, compulsory overtime, the same ****e overtime rates, £1k carrot + 3% this year, possible £1k carrot + 2% next year.

oh yeah and the promise that these will be reviewed in spring. :LOL:

the work types on weekends and nights is the worst, 16 hour days here we come.....midnight servicing will do nothing for the already poor reputation of our servicing policy.

Don`t ya just love post Thatcher gas sell off :LOL: :LOL: Enjoy it while it lasts - it`s a finite resource. Leave some for your grandchildren - They will be down the re- opened mines in next century
 
just had my pay brief, what a load of sugar coated ****e!! spot on what nickso says, just missed out disciplinaries if ya refuse to work overtime on ya 45hr wk..

cant think of better reason to vote yes than its gonna happen :confused:
