I think I have found it now.
I have an instructional manual.

It is a very old system and I have not used it. The telephone alert system may no longer work.
Yoiu can disable it by removing the batteries from the siren unit (installed outside of the house) and unplugging the power supply. The siren is likely to sound until you remove its batteries.
I find it easier to work on these systems if you remove the batteries from the siren and bring it indoors while you reset it. You can put it in a cupboard wrapped in cushions to avoid annoying the neighbours.
