Joining armoured cable to twin and earth

Ho do you join 6mm twin and earth to 6mm armoured under the 1st floor boards inside a house? Its going to the shed but need to join to the 6mm twin and earth thats already inside the house?

Hello,

How about a nice 4"x 4" adaptable box , with crimped , sleeved conductors ?. Plenty of room .

You could gland the armoured off and just clip and grommet the T+E right up to the box.

Remember that any 'screwed' connection must be accessible.
