joining two different floor surfaces

hi
what is the best way to mask the join between karndean and carpet. the length is approximately 12 foot. i have seen some thresholds but not at that length. anyone have any ideas. cheers

a bit of hardwood routered out to the shape you require or ask your joinery shop to do it!!!!!!
