Joist not sat on wall

We have had the front of our property (mid terraced) taken down and put back up. I noticed one of 1st floor joists wasn't resting on the bricks like the others.. Any suggestions?

Also notice this roughly above- but could've been caused by the banging of taking the external bricks down and adding new ties etc?
