Joist span questions

Hi
Can anyone tell me if I use 9” x 3” roof joists that they’ll be sufficient for a span of 5.60 mtrs?
If so what spacing of joists?
It’s for a single storey garage single skin with metal roof sheeting panels so not that heavy......plus weight of trusses!

Timber that long will bend over time by self weight alone!
You can build your roof with those size timbers as it will
take years to bend.

Where did you get yours from. Near Essex? Anyway a good idea of price at least.
