Joist span

It’s all still in the early stage atm.
Planning on demolish my old out building and having a garage/storage unit built in its place.
The new building is going to be constructed in block, whether in single or double probably depend on planning and building regs.
Size will be around 6.2 metres long x 5.6 metres wide.
Obviously the roof joists are going across the 5.2m span.
Is this width feasible and what sort of joist sizes are we talking?
Just trying to source beforehand

Something like 200 x 75 for 5.2 span 400 ctrs

If its under 30sq m internally it might not need bregs if more than 1m from boundary
