Joy-stick for MS Flight Sim

Which is the best stick for the above please, don't want to destroy any-one, just simulate flying a Cessna !

Any stick with onboard throttle lever. Try PC world, they do a decent one of their own without breaking the bank. I use one on my flight sim progs.
