Junction Box Accessibility

For the purpose of strict adherence to the regulations, would you consider a junction box to be accessible if it was at the end of a 6m crawl under the eves? The space is partially boarded and access is via a door/hatch if that makes a difference.

Ask yourself " Would I like to have to work in those cramped conditions when under pressure to get the electrics back in working order ".

The junction box needs to be accessible for inspection and testing purposes, I would not consider a 6m in crawl in the eaves that accessible.
It would be best connected using a Maintenance Free/MF Junction Box that is correctly rated for the circuit.

If you can crawl into that space to get to the junction box, without lifting a floorboard etc, I would definitely consider that accessible.
