Jupiter

Great views of Jupiter at the moment for those who are interested. Look in a East North East direction at about 10pm and it's the brightest thing you can see in the sky. Look through a telescope or bins and you will be able to see Jupiter's moons and it's cloudy rings. On certain nights you can see the 'red spot'.

Aaaahhh - so that's what it was! We saw something bright Saturday night, but had no idea what it was! How long will this view be around for?

Not sure mate, but it was around all last week (on the clear nights) and was still going strong last night.
