My Karcher keeps cycling from the second I turn it on.
There is a very small leak (one drop every 2-3 seconds).
I have highlighted on the image where the leak is coming from. I took the section above the dotted line apart but couldnt see any damaged o-rings.
Anyone have any suggestions or what part i should be replacing? I have read a few things that say the unloader valve (spill valve) but I'm not sure their problems were the same as mine.

Cheers.

I had exactly the same problem a few years ago. I took it to a local specialist repair shop and they changed some seals. It was OK for about a year then it happened again.
I assumed that Karcher are crap and bought a Nilfisk and have never had any problems. Although it's a lower-powered model than the Karcher, it is more effective at cleaning flagstones.

I've got a Nilfisk and it had the same problem .New unloader valve was £20 odd. Only needed an O ring but the fitting got destroyed on removal. On yours I'd guess the valve is behind the black box with 3 screws
