Repairing a Karcher K620m due only to a broken pump head.
Hose had seized on. when I tried to remove it, I snapped the pump head thread.
Before this repair it was working fine.
Bought a new pump head fitted it, put everything back together, just got a very weak water flow from the gun. Tried it with the gun and hose disconnected and still the same. barely getting any more than mains water pressure.
Took it apart again, checked all valves and pistons were free, and re-assembled. Now I get better pressure than before but still not full pressure and little shows on the gauge.
The only things I have not re-fitted are 4769-030-0 Chemistry nozzle insert and 6414-252-0 strainer. I may have lost these somewhere so will have to buy new ones.
Would the chemistry nozzle being missing cause the problem or is it something else.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks John
