Karcher Telescopic Gutter Cleaning Attachment? Are they any good?

Aside from getting up on a ladder or paying someone, are there also any other solutions to clearing guttering easily?

I have one. It works but you do get a bit of the muck that it removes on the walls, windows, patio, drive, lower extension roofs of your house which needs further blasts to remove.
