Several years ago I had Kaendean tiles laid over a chipboard floor in the utility room. The issue we have is that over time a small gap appeared between the tiles running down the centre of the floor, the gap varies between tiles and is between 1mm and 2mm. Other than pulling up the tiles is there anything I can do to fill the gap?

This is likely to have been caused by the Chipboard moving, the Karndean should have been installed onto 6mm Flooring Grade Ply.

With what you now have in-front of you, there's not really a 'proper' way of dealing with the issue other than starting again.
