Kenmore 665. dishwasher... hard to start and stop...

I have 2 year old Kenmore dishwasher.
It's really hard to start the cycle. Led of 'Normal Wash' keeps flashing, and none of the buttons are responding most of times. If the cycle is started somehow, the cycle frequently stops and led is flashing.
What could be problem?
