kenmore washer [leaking oil & shaking]

I have a kenmore washer that shakes a lot latley and leaks a bit of oil from the shaft area of the motor.Can someone tell me what the problem is and what can be done to fix it .

sounds like the motor bearings have gone, you need a new motor installed.
