Kichen Wall Cabinet brackets

Hi
Has anyone seen these type of kitchen wall cabinet brackets before?
I have never come across these and haven't the foggiest idea how to use them!
Can anyone Help?

This is a picture of the back of the cabinet with two slots, I guess to adjust the brackets.
