I'm anticipating purchasing kitchen units to fit along a wall where there is boxing in of pipework at floor level along the wall.

The boxing in is 10cm high and 8cm out from the wall.

Do pre-made carcasses have their legs in standard positions?

Is it easy to adjst the legs to allow for the boxing in at the back?

for ease off access i would remove all the boxing in then measure again
what are the pipes heating or water!!

the positioning off support depends on manufacturer ikea for example dont have voids at the back so your pipework has to share that space at the bottom

The usual height of the adjustable legs on base units is around 150mm and are usually set back from the rear of the unit by abour 80mm-100mm. Therefore you shouldn't have a problem with the height of the boxing in. You may have to reposition the rear legs to allow clearance for the depth of the boxing in though.
