Kitchen Cabinets and Doors

Hi

Quite simply, can you put the Ikea base cabinets with the B&Q doors? They all seem to be the standard sizes but the only concern would be the holes for where the door hinges go and i don't really want to start adding new ones.

Has any one had done this before?

B&Q carcases are the usual 720mm but the Ikea ones are 700mm high so the doors will be too short.

Just to confirm.. IKEA carcasses aren't standard!
