Kitchen extractor up off-centred chimney

We need to extract up a chimney as we can't get outside and don't want a recirculating fan But our chimney is off centre as per attached picture. All the extractor fans have fixed central extraction pointing directly upwards so how can we get a pipe up this chimney? Thanks.
