kitchen fitted below sewer pipe

Hi,
I am seeking advice regarding relocating a kitchen from upstairs back downstairs on opposite side of house.
As we understand it the sewer level has been erected halfway up the house as house is located on a hill, and as
consequence downstairs toilet already has a macerator. What are likely costs to relocate kitchen and is it possible to do.

Can be done, albeit with the need for another Sani (vite I think) to deal with waste water.
