Just noticed a bit of grout has fallen through between back door and first tile. There seems to be a small hole and a draught coming up through the hole. Also noticed a slug in the kitchen earlier around the hole.
Just wondering what would be the best way to fill this hole and how to grout it again. Only need the smallest bit.

Thanks

OP,
Can you open the back door & pic the threshold from the far side - & show larger contexts from both sides??
The last grout gap before an abutment takes a silicone seal not tile grout.

Thanks for your reply. I will get a pic from outside in the morning when it's a bit brighter. It's just 1 concrete step down

Can you advise me the best silicone to use to fill this gap. I currently have a lump of toilet roll stuffed into the gap to stop cold draught
