Two years ago I had my kitchen refitted and the floor of the kitchen and dining area ceramic tiled. I was very pleased with this job until I noticed recently odd patches of damp in the grouting of the dining area. There is concrete underneath the tiles. Why is this happening and what can I do about it????[/b]

How recently did you notice this problem.If it had been an issue with the tiling I would have thought you would have seen it soon after the job was finished.
