I think my kitchen is a bit dated but don’t have the money for a new one! It’s 20 years old but not really in bad nick.
I’m thinking of just swapping the handles. Good idea? Anyone able to recommend something that looks good? I can just remove the fake hinges right? Really not good at this sort of thing and any advice gratefully received!

Suggest you carefully remove one handle, and see if the shape of the handle is imprinted on to the surface of the door?

if there is a "ghost" of the image of the handle, then you may?? have to get new handles with a similar profile to mask the old marks on the door caused by the old handles.

Or...
Sell your kitchen doors and buy new one.
There are people who would pay top dollars for those doors, so if you're not in a rush you could end up with a kitchen revamp and some cash.
