Moved into a old house recently and had a new kitchen installed including new sink, waste disposal unit, dishwasher and washing machine. The pipes for these plus the downpipe all run to one drain meaning there are 5 pipes connecting to one drain. All the pipes sit on top on the metal grid cover which means that leaves freqently block the grid and the waste is unable to go down the drain and instead ends up on the drive. As a result we are unable to use our waste disposal unit and I am clearing leaves every day. We looked for a plastic drain cover but none of them are big enough to accomodate 5 pipes and a large drain. Any ideas what we can do?

What sizes are we talking here? Pipes and grid, and the gully surround?

Surround is rectangular, size is about 40cm wide by 20cm deep. Grid is circular, size is about 15cm. Downpipe is about 8cm and other pipes are about 4cm.
