Put wet/dry vac on the plug hole but still flowing slowly so undid everything which could be undone under the sink (first time in 7 years). Put a brush down it but still blocked on the pipe which can't be unwound (see pix marked in red final part of waste pipe to leave under sink) used toothbrush to pull stuff towards me in that section
. Eventually started flowing nicely
