I am replacing a kitchen monobloc mixer tap and the new one has two of these supplied with them (both the same)

Besides being too long, I already have two tails from the two isolator valves beneath them so I'd like to just replace these with pushfit connectors for ease, because as you can see on the left there is a threaded connector which clearly doesn't fit on to a pipe!!

I have a couple of questions - all the monobloc tap connectors I can see online, have different length sections on the right hand end with a hex section but I cannot find any which have not got the hex section. Does this matter if I get these provided they are the correct 10mm thread? These just appear to be hand tight only!!

the second problem is that these both fit up inside a threaded section which attaches the tap to the sink and I need some slim threaded braided connectors but I cannot see any as they all look rather chunky braided.

Does anyone know where I can get some of these 300mm long with 15mm push fitting?

Thanks

They look like they might be? I think I'll have to nip down to pick some up and have a look at them physically.

I assume it doesn't matter that the tap end connected sections are different lengths - where these fit there is no way to do them up other than hand tight...

They only need to be hand tight, the O-ring seal isn't compressed by tightening.
