Kitchen Tap Leaking - Quarter Turn Mixer (Ceramic???)

Hi

I have a mixer tap in the kitchen which operates on a quarter turn. It was leaking quite badly, a steady stream, I dismantled it, reassembled and now it drips.
I took the handle off with an allen key, undid the nut to remove the works.

Inside is a tube which contains a white thing which when turned opens a 90 deg quadrant, under this is a blue plastic washer, the tap spigot is held in place with a split ring

Am I able to do anything to remedy this?

probably best installing new disc,take the disc to a plumbers merchant to match up
