I've just moved into a new house and finding out all the problems from the previous owners either cheapness or bodged DIY.

This is the kitchen tap. It's leaking from the support arm half way up when you turn the water on. There's no grub screw at the back. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what the problem could be, and is it worth trying to fix it or just replace the tap for a different model.
