Kitchen taps

I need to replace the taps in the kitchen, but am a bit unsure the type i need, i know the old ones are the mixer type like the ones below, but some taps are only suitable for low or high pressure systems how do i know which type system we have?
Also if the taps below are suitable are they good quality?

Avoid flexible hoses as means of connection and you should be fine. How would you describe your current hot water flow?

Current hot water flow is slow, why do you not recommend flexible hoses?

What sort of hot water system have you got - combi, gravity fed cylinder, pressurised cylinder with system boiler?

Flexi pipes tend to have a limited life expectancy.

Some taps mix within the spout and are suitable for mains pressure hot water, whilst some have independent outlets and appear to be mixer but are not.

As for type of system im not sure, we have a hot water tank upstairs in the hotpress and a tank in the loft for cold water storage, does this help?
