I've learnt my lesson with textured tiles and grout, never again!.

Thanks, it was a labour of love. Think I'll stick to my day job to pay the bills though

That's excellent work.

I like tiling, but could never do it for a living. I like to take my time , do a bit at a time and let things go off before moving on. As you say a labour of love.
