Is it ok to use a boss connector to attach kitchen / washing machine waste straight into a roof down pipe or it is best to run the individual pipes down to the gully.

Also can a boiler condensate pipe be attached to another pipe once outside the house or does it need to go into the gully independently.

You wont get a boss connector to fit a standard 68mm downpipe, they dont exist! Hopper isn't allowed now unless as a direct replacement, so only option is to take waste down to gulley. Upsize pipe as required to prevent siphonage.

Condensate can be connected to an existing pipe, but it may be wise to ensure the pipe you intend to connect to isn't at risk of blocking, causing water to backflow along the condensate pipe and flood the boiler!
