I wasn't sure whether to put this in here or the DIY disaster forum!
Anyway, first time fitting a kitchen worktop and I measured the width of one of the worktops and assumed all of the others would be the same! They weren't.
The sink worktop was a larger width and had a service gap for the piping at the back. So when I came to fit this one, it's not long enough. All the others are fine.
This is an ikea worktop and only comes as 620mm.
Now I have a 50mm gap at the back of this piece of worktop. Any ideas of how to fill the gap? I was thinking abit of 50mm PVC trim but any better ideas?
