Hi,
I'm looking to buy my first house and have found one I'm interested in...

The only thing putting us off from a resale pov in the future is the tiny courtyard out the back which is the only outdoor space. It's currently measures 15ft by 7ft. Whilst it does not bother us, I know it will limit our audience when we come to resell. The brick shed at the back does provide storage but without a garden and therefore general gardening tools, we feel that the extra 5ftx7ft of floor space will be more attractive than the storage space which does also give a boxed in feel to the whole courtyard.
The brick shed is attached to the house and is also adjoined to the neighbours brick shed. Is it possible to knock down just our half?
Thanks!
