Hi just looking for some help advise
I am wanting to remove a large cupboard and a wall in my house
the cupboard is central and the wall runs off the cupboard.
My concern is they maybe supporting, though im fairly sure they arent
the span of the joists is 4.13m 195mmx50mm joists at 400 centres
my living room spans further than that 4.3m the no support.
from lifting some board upstairs the ceilng was plasterboarded then the wall/cupboard was built upto it after, so plasterboard is trapped between the top of the wall and the joists
the downstairs walls are built in thermalite block
does anyone have any advise?
