kotch black limestone

i have had laid black kotch black limestone.

I degreased it and gave it 2 coats of quality sealer.

It look fantastic a deep black, when wet the water beads. However when dry has dirty water stains which stay until next wet. Then the cyle starts again.

Any ideas on how to prevent the staining please....
