I need to replace the motor in my EMW 7505.0 built in oven but I cannot see where the retaining screws are located. I assume they are behind the stainless steel trim? If so does anyone know how to remove the trim i.e. do I just prise it off?

Any guidance appreciated.

It's a built in microwave oven so it slides into the kitchen cabinet housing. I think similar ovens are secured with screws around the front panel which can be accessed once the oven door is opened but on this unit there are no visible screws. There is a stainless steel surround which may conceal the screws but it doesn't immediately look like it's supposed to be removed so I don't want to try prising it off if it's not designed to be removed!

I have written to the manufacturers in Germany but I'm not too hopeful of a reply...

The securing mechanism is an expanding "clamp" that expands and presses against the side of the cabinet. The screw is shown being turned clock wise to expand the "clamp" and thus secure the oven, Turn it anti-clockwise and the clamp should shrink and thus release the oven from the cabinet.
