Lack of Hot Water pressure in shower!

My shower was getting terrible! I had to turn it to hottest to get it warm. I descaled it (a week ago) and it solved the problem? Hot at the correct setting and the pressure was great! I was very happy!

But now the stupid thing has lost pressure and I have to turn it right up again to get it to a decent temp.

I have NO idea about DIY but wondered if anyone had any suggestions?

Is it an electric shower or a power shower?

how old is it? if over 5 (or close to it) i would say time for new shower
