Ladder to access loft

Hi

I'm looking at buying some ladders to access the loft that will fold down to store downstairs.

I have a dropped ceiling with 2 loft hatches so a traditional loft ladder isn't going to work.

I was looking at telescopic or combination ladder that fold down fairly small but will reach about 2.9m to access the loft.

I have a combination ladder, works fine but much bigger and heavier to store than a telescopic ladder. But cheaper than a telescopic. You can pick up either for less than half price off Marketplace.

Yes, I had a couple of people looking at it who do loft ladders and it wasn't feasible according to loft boarding company/joiners.
