Ladders Sales Direct, anyone used them?

as they're mail order only, wondering if anyone on here has used them and what your buying experience (including quality of product) was like?

i need a telescopic that also converts into A frame and can't find a local store that sells that variant. any advice welcome!

this might be a bit late, but there is some kind of ladder health and safety drive on at the mo.. you can trade in a naff old ladder for a shiny new one from certain manufacturers with big discounts.
