LAGUNA auto probs

hi help needed my laguna (automatic box) W reg, when standing in bumper to bumper trafic with engine getting warn/hot car will not move then leaps forward (as if been shunted from behind !!) have taken to dealer where they put it on diagnostic for them to say nothing wrong and to bring it back if it happens again they still charged me 50 notes !!! any ideas please thanks

Try and find an automatic transmission specialist. Sounds like the gearbox needs some serious repairs.
As the gearbox is mechanical only, the computer will not know if it has gone wrong.
