Laminate and bi-fold door threshold advice

Hi,
Recently converted our bedroom in our bungalow to a living room, and replaced a window with bi-fold doors through to our conservatory.

Going to be installing laminate flooring soon however I’m concerned about how to finish the flooring properly at this threshold board. I think the thickness of the underlay and laminate will be too high to tuck the flooring under this threshold board, but I can’t see any T bars or products that I think would work either? As you can see the threshold board has a curved edge which makes things trickier.
Should I pull the threshold board up and laminate under neath it, then put the board back down? I need to act fast as the door reveal is being plastered soon.

Any advice appreciated

The doors sit on the outer leaf of brickwork, so I believe if I remove the threshold board the cavity gap would be exposed. It wasn’t filled with concrete or anything.

We just fill them white Dpm sheet and screed and insulation.

But if not use quickstep incizo trim

So I’ve now removed the threshold board, and I agree it would look much better to laminate all the way up to the door. I would like do go down this route now and do away with the threshold board.

However I’ve got Ethernet cables running in the cavity so I can’t fill it with concrete, and it’s too late to run the cables in conduit.

Couple of ideas I’ve had: put some insulation board down in the cavity, or expanding foam, and then screed on top of this?

Or chisel off the top layer of mortar on the inner block work and put some plywood down?

Any other ideas or advise is welcome

I just stuck PIR in and screeded over the top. No-one actually stands there so doesn't need to be super strong.

Could I fill with expanding foam, and then screed over the top? Because the bi-fold door frame over laps the cavity, it will be difficult to get some PIR insulation board down the cavity gap.
