laminate and underlay

im going to lay laminate in my front room where the floor is concrete and also lay it in the two upstairs bedrooms which are floor boards. The guy in floors 2 go tried to push the most expensive underlay on me at £45 per 10 m2. Can anyone recommend the most cost effective way to underlay firstly my front room, and secondly my two bedrooms. I don't nessacarily wont the cheapest option but don't really want to spend £300.

Average price for combi underlayment (DPM + soundinsulation 2 -3 mm foam) should not cost more than around £ 2.78 (ex VAT) per sq m.
