Laminate flooring Cutter

Hi folks, I was just about to buy a vitrex laminate floor cutter (the guillotine type of fleabay) to cut cheap laminated MDF flooring when I noticed in the description it states no suitable for this type of flooring.

Is it just down to the dust or does it just trash the boards. If it wont cut them is there any other similar guillotine cutter that will?

jigsaw is better you need one for the fiddly bits anyway
